A round of fixes found while chasing a login error reported by a founding practice.

• Fixed

  A practice on a trial could be locked out of its own schedule and charts before there was any way to pay. Trials are no longer suspended unless online payments are actually connected, and a paused account now explains itself instead of showing a bare error.

  Archiving a client no longer hides their past appointments from their file.

  Late-evening and early-morning slots now fall on the right day for every practice, because the booking day is measured in the practice's own time zone.
