Talk to us

Nobody moves a practice on the strength of a website. Ask what you actually need to know and a person who built the software will answer.

Email

[email protected]

That address reaches the small team that builds and runs Whenaro. There is no queue in front of it and no form standing between you and a reply.

What to put in the first email

None of this is required. It just means the first reply can be about your practice instead of a round of questions.

  • What the practice does, and how many practitioners work in it.
  • What you run on today. If it is Jane, say so — bringing that data across is a route we have already built.
  • The thing that is actually bothering you. Most clinics write about one specific problem, not about software in general.

Please keep patient information out of it. A first email does not need anybody's health details, and email is the wrong place for them.

If you are a patient or client of a clinic

Whenaro makes the software your clinic uses; we are not your clinic and we cannot see, book or change your appointments. For anything about your own care or your own booking, contact the practice directly. They can reach us if they need to.
